A full refund or exchange is available on all products purchased on the HelpMyTeam.com website for 30 days after purchase. Any refund or exchange available after thirty days will be according to the vendor's policy and, if available, will have a fee of 16% charged against it because a 10% donation has been deducted for a benefiting program and because expenses have been incurred by HelpMyTeam.com.
